Procedure for submission Of Application

• Separate applications must be submitted for B.Sc./B.C.A
• Application and prospectus fee for any one course is Rs. 50/
• Filled in application form/s must bc submittcd along with the, attested copies of thc following d documents.
• Receipt payment of Fees as applicable
• S.S.L.C marks card, P.U.C or equivalent marks card and Transfer Certificate (T.C)
• Caste certificate and Income certificate (S.C/S.T/B.C.M students). Cat-1 students should the caste certificate compulsory in Form E, Cat-2A, 2B, 3A and 3b Students in form E.
• Conduct and Study Certificate With three recent passport size color photograph.
• Out of state and Other university students should submit NO Objection Certificate, Migration Certificate & Eligibility Certificate.
• At the time of admission candidates must compulsorily produce the original documents of all the above mentioned marks card/Certificate and must come along with their parents.
• Admitted student who wish to apply for scholarships has to compulsory open SB Account in Syndicate Bank, Vidya Nagar, Shimoga. Submit the Details Within 1 month after the admission to thc office.
